CEO & Founder
Ellen’s favorite part of her work is connecting with Lira’s clients. Her love of family and desire to serve others reflect the faith and personal connection at the heart of the agency.
Outside work, she feels most at home with her family and granddaughters. She enjoys homemade Filipino food, especially bistek and ginisang ampalaya, and hopes to serve people in need through mission work around the world.
Tess Hodges
Lead Marketing Director
Tess values the opportunity to assist families during life-changing transitions. Helping people connect with support is the part of her work she finds most meaningful.
Away from work, she enjoys a home-cooked breakfast and spending time at the beach with her family. Thanksgiving dinner is her favorite meal, and traveling the world is on her wish list.

Noellyn values checking in with clients and hearing about the small, thoughtful ways referred caregivers help them feel cared for. Heart-to-heart conversations are where she feels most at home.
Outside work, she enjoys a clean, welcoming home and homemade biscuits and gravy. Her interest in helping others extends to her dream of creating spaces focused on holistic wellbeing.
