This policy describes information collected through liratlcareagency.com, the website for Lira TL Care Agency and its Glendale main office and South Bay office. It covers website inquiries, newsletter signups and visitor information. Lira TL Care Agency is a referral agency.

Information you choose to provide

The caregiver inquiry form asks for your name, the name of the person seeking assistance, email address, phone number, the city where assistance is needed, preferred type or schedule of assistance, timing and any additional details you choose to enter. Newsletter fields request your name and email address.

Please provide only basic information for an initial conversation. Do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, banking information or other sensitive documents through the website form or ordinary email. If you are contacting us for someone else, obtain their permission before sharing their information.

How website inquiries are handled

We use inquiry information to understand the request, contact you about caregiver referral options and maintain inquiry records. The South Bay website form is processed through Squarespace, sends a notification to the South Bay office email address and copies successful submissions to our Zoho CRM. Office personnel who handle the inquiry and the service providers used to process and store it may access that information.

The website form does not automatically send your inquiry to prospective caregivers. If you proceed with a referral, ask the relevant office how information will be used and shared as part of that process. Glendale, Eagle Rock and Pasadena families can contact the Glendale main office directly using the details below.

If you choose to sign up for the mailing list, the details you enter are submitted through the separate newsletter form for the updates described beside that form. A request for caregiver information and a newsletter signup are separate website actions.

Website services, cookies and advertising

Squarespace hosts this website and processes form and technical visitor information. Website services may receive IP addresses, browser and device details, pages visited and interactions with the website. The site also includes a Google Ads tag for advertising measurement. Google and other third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies and may collect information about activity over time and across websites, as described in their own policies.

Our custom website code does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. Third-party services may handle browser privacy signals differently. You can manage cookies through your browser and review the privacy choices described by the relevant providers. Blocking cookies does not remove information you have already submitted through a form.

Your information and privacy requests

Website inquiries may be stored in Squarespace submission records, office email and Zoho CRM. Contact the office handling your request to ask about retention, review information you submitted, request a correction or ask for removal. We may need to verify that a request concerns your information or that you are authorized to act for someone else. Any applicable recordkeeping requirements may affect what can be removed.
